Self-confidence,
etiquette, and more in Fontana

Fontana,
California, August 12, 2008. The Mayor and City Council invite the public to
register for specialty classes in self-confidence building, etiquette, California foreclosure,
short-sales, credit cards, and parenting at the Heritage Neighborhood Center, located
at 7350 W. Liberty Parkway.
All about Me on Wednesdays from 6 to 7 pm beginning August
27 for $50 for 4 weeks offers pre-teen girls an opportunity to develop self-confidence
skills by focusing on enhancing natural beauty, color analysis, exercise, nutrition and
more.
Instilling Character and Building Self-Confidence in Kids is $25 for 4
weeks beginning August 30 from 11 am to 12 pm. The class offers adults, ages 17 and older,
information that will help to instill positive traits in teenagers. Issues include leadership,
responsibility, self-esteem, and academic achievement.
Mind Your Manners teaches youth etiquette in a fun atmosphere.
Classes are $40 for 4 weeks on Saturdays. Ages 6 to 12 are from 8:15 to 9:15 am and ages
13 to 18 from 9:30 to 10:30 am. Students are asked to dress for the occasion.
Real Estate California Foreclosure Process is $25 for 4 weeks for ages
18 and older from 6 to 7 pm beginning August 30.
Real Estate – Short Sale is $25 for 4 weeks offers information
on dealing with banks and negotiators. The class is for adults from 7 am to 8 pm beginning
August. 20.
Beware Credit Card is $25 for 4 weeks and teaches parents and
teens ages 16 to 25 how to manage credit card offers and understand interest rates. The
class is Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:30 am beginning August 30.
Watch Me Grow is a time for parents to play with their children
ages 2 to 5 years. The group meets on Fridays from 10 to 11:45 am or 12 to 1:45 pm beginning
August 29 for $20 for 4 weeks.
