Tickets available for the Senior Talent Show

Fontana, California, August 4, 2008. The Mayor and City Council invite residents to take advantage of a great offer for free tickets to the 2nd Annual Parade of Talent Show hosted by the Josephine Knopf Senior Center and Inter-Valley Health Plan. This year’s event is Saturday, September 13 from 1 to 3 pm at the new Steelworkers’ Auditorium in the regional Lewis Library and Technology Center, located at 8437 Sierra Avenue. Tickets are available by calling the Josephine Knopf Senior Center at (909) 428-8376.

Last year, the Senior Talent Show was a full house at the Cypress Neighborhood Center and this year, with nearly 150 more seats available, coordinator’s still expect the auditorium to be filled.

Tom Hatten formerly known as “Skipper,” the host of the KTLA Popeye Show will return as the Master of Ceremony. Hatten is also well known for his portrayals as a military officer, most notably in the television show Gomer Pyle U.S.M.C. and the movie Spies Like Us.
