Adult
league registrations end August 29

Fontana,
California, August 4, 2008. The Mayor and City Council invite area adults to register for the Fontana
adult sports leagues by Friday August 29. Adult Soccer Leagues begin Sunday, September 7 and the registration
fee is $250 per team. Games are played at the Ralph M. Lewis Sports Complex, located at 6398 Citrus Avenue. The
Adult Slow Pitch Softball League is $350 for registration with an additional $60 forfeit fee. Games are played
at Southridge Park, located at 14501 Live Oak Avenue and Coyote Canyon Park, located at 5051 Duncan Canyon Road.
Forfeit fees are refundable at the end of the season if the team has not forfeited a game.
Two of Fontana’s most popular sports leagues are now accepting team registrations. The Adult Soccer League has
nearly doubled in size in one year thus offering all soccer fans an opportunity to compete with a variety of
skills and talents. The Slow Pitch Softball League offers Men’s and Co-Ed opportunities. These are great opportunities
to play on some of the more state-of-the-art playing fields in the Inland Empire.
