Email Subscription Service |

Before
you sign up, please read the following:
When signing up for the Email Subscription Service, you will
receive a "Welcome" email within 24 hours. Please note that
in order to successfully receive email messages from us, you
will need to add our email address "communityconnection@ci.fontana.ca.us"
to your contact list. This way your mail program will recognize
our emails.
If you do not receive the welcome email within 24 hours, it
could be due to one of the following reasons. Please make
sure you read the following before signing up to insure that
your subscription is approved.
- Email
Address Entered Incorrectly:
Please double check the email address you entered during
the registration process. If you input your email address
incorrectly, the emails we send you will come back as
undeliverable and the service we use will
remove you from the mailing database.
- Spam
Filters: If you're running a Spam Filter, please
make sure to allow emails from communityconnection@ci.fontana.ca.us
and/or allow emails with Community Connection Newsletter
in the subject line. You will also need to add our email
address "communityconnection@ci.fontana.ca.us" to your
contact list. This way your mail program will recognize
our emails. If you do not allow emails from either of
these sources, the emails we send you will come back as
undeliverable and the service we use will
remove you from the mailing database.
- Mailbox
Vacancy:
Please also make sure that the email account you use during
the registration process has enough Inbox space to receive
our emails. If your mailbox is full when we send out our
email updates, the emails will come back as undeliverable and the service we use will
remove you from the mailing database.
